Description

Estimtrack connects all surgery department users in real time, ensuring the activity is carried out efficiently. The solution covers everything from planning to organising work, optimising flows and increasing performance.

OR Planner

Software integrated with the surgical waiting list that can schedule operations and estimate the duration of procedures accurately, using historical data or data collected by the OR TRACK module.

By using this algorithm and the Bin Packing optimisation method, surgical planning can be done automatically by service.

OR Track

Software and hardware devices (smartphones, tablets and screens) to manage patient flow within the surgical department.

It records the start and end times of each process in the circuit, showing the patient’s location in real time and sending notifications to healthcare and auxiliary staff to anticipate their work needs.

The system also provides information to relatives through information screens and an app (iOS and Android), which they can use to find out the status of the procedure and receive notifications if healthcare staff want to contact them.
